I have been supporting end users for over fifteen years. If I can remote in, it is just as good as being there.  It is simple.  First, you need to know what it will cost.  The service starts at only thirty dollars per half hour.  Most jobs can be done in one half-hour session, but if it goes into the second half hour then it’s sixty dollars and so on.  Know this, just because you cannot browse doesn’t mean I cannot remote in.  We first need a start time.
